Q. Where are you located?
A. We are based out of Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
Q. Do you have a store-front?
A. At the moment we are a catering and delivery business only. We are looking for the perfect location for our shop.
Q. How can I get Gigi’s Cupcakes?
A. First you decide what flavor you want. Then you either order online or call, fax or email us with your order. Then, we get into the kitchen, put on our aprons, bake your cupcakes & deliver them to your final destination. We deliver to: Homes, offices, churches, schools, club houses, book clubs, and restaurants. Basically anywhere you're hosting a party. .
Q. What makes your cupcakes so special?
A. We make everything in small batches, to order. We also use the finest ingredients, like pure vanilla from Madagascar, Valrhona cocoa, Ghirardelli chocolate, real creamery butter, and organic milk & eggs.
Q. How far do you deliver?
A. We offer complimentary delivery within a ten miles (round trip) of downtown Scotch Plains, NJ. Outside of this area we offer several options.
Q. Do you ship your cupcakes by mail?
A. Not at this moment, check back in the future.
Q. Do you bake gluten free or sugar free products?
A. No, we are currently working on some special recipes.
Q. How long has Gigi’s Cupcakes been open for business?
A. Since September 2005.
Q. Do you do wedding cupcakes?
A. Yes we do. Call us to discuss the perfect display for your special day.
Q. How far in advance do I have to place my order?
A. We recommend a minimum 48 hours advance notice. However don’t hesitate to call for same day service. There is always a chance we can accommodate your request. For large orders 3 days notice is recommended.
Q. How long do Gigi’s Cupcakes stay fresh?
A. If you store the cupcakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Your cakes will last up to three days. For best results bring the cupcakes to room temperature.
Q. How do I pay for Gigi’s Cupcakes?
A. We accept Cash, Visa, MC and Amex.
Q. Are your products nut free?
A. We cannot guarantee that our chocolate chips or Mini M&M’s have not come into contact with some form of nut or nut oil substance. Therefore, we suggest if you have an allergic reaction to any nut based substances, you should refrain from purchasing our baked goods that contain chocolate, chocolate chips or Mini M&M’s. We suggest you order the following cupcakes: Vanilla with Vanilla Buttercream, Banana or Cinnamon Crunch.
